  • I am currently providing therapy via telehealth for clients in Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin. I am located in Chicago and may offer in-person sessions in the future.

  • Online therapy is provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform that allows you to meet with me from the comfort of your own space.

All you need is a stable internet connection, a private place to talk, and a device with a camera and microphone. You can use your phone, desktop computer or tablet for your sessions. Sessions are confidential and designed to feel just like a face-to-face appointment—except more convenient.

You will be provided access to a secure client portal. This portal will also allow you to request appointments, upload documents and communicate with me in between sessions via a secure messaging feature. At the time of your appointment, you will log into the portal, click on the link to your appointment and be placed in a “waiting room.” When it is time for your session to begin, I will let you into the “room” and we will meet for your session.

  • Therapy sessions are available on weekdays with both daytime and evening appointments to fit into your schedule. Some evening appointments go as late as 9 or 9:30 pm. I also have some Sunday evening appointments. Specific availability may vary, so feel free to reach out to check current openings.

  • The standard fee for individual therapy sessions is $200 for a 60-minute session. I accept some insurance plans (BCBS PPO, BCBS Choice PPO, Aetna, and United Health Care) and I can also provide a superbill if you have out-of-network benefits. If you’re unsure about coverage, I’m happy to guide you through checking your benefits.

Diagnostic Sessions and Emotional Support Animal Evaluations are $250/hour.

    Family/Couples Therapy is $250/hour.

If you are inquiring about Emotional Support Animal Evaluations, the evaluation is $200 and if applicable, the letter is an additional $25. Insurance may cover the cost of the evaluation.

  • The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and your goals. It’s also a time for you to ask any questions and see if the approach feels like a good fit for you. There’s no pressure—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients benefit from short-term work focused on a specific issue, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns or past experiences. We’ll talk about your goals and regularly check in to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.
